Members will have 72 hours to respond to HM Guide Coordinator (laj85@knology.net) and the HM they have been assigned to acknowledge receipt of the HM Guide assignment/Guidelines letter. If the member does not respond in that time frame, the HM assignment will be void and the member will no longer be eligible to participate with the HM Guides. Please add the email address to your accept list and check your spam folder. This only applies to the initial contact/assignment acknowledgement.
