How to Be a More Persuasive Expert Witness at Trial is designed to help expert witnesses to markedly improve their ability to be effective on direct and cross-examination at trial.  This is a hands-on interactive training program taught using five methodologies: lecture, video clips of experts testifying in real cases, interactive exercises, in-class mock trial demonstrations (based on pre-submitted attendee CVs and reports/facts patterns), and questions and answers.

Meet Your Instructor

Nadine Nasser Donovan, Esq. Nadine Nasser Donovan, Esq., is SEAK’s Lead Trainer/Consultant. She is a former trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience. She has been on the SEAK Faculty since 2002 and has trained thousands of experts through SEAK’s scheduled programs for expert witnesses, invited presentations, customized on-site expert witness training programs, and via one-on-one training. Nadine is the co-author of the SEAK texts How to Write an Expert Witness ReportHow to Be a Successful Expert Witness: SEAK’s A-Z Guide to Expert Witnessing and How to Be an Effective Expert Witness at Deposition and Trial: The SEAK Guide to Testifying as an Expert Witness. In addition to her work consulting and teaching for SEAK, Ms. Donovan is a Legal Writing Instructor at Boston University School of Law. Ms. Donovan also serves as a Dispute Resolution Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
